These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shop.weighed.com.au and any purchase you make through this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed at the price stated at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order, and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, depending on the size and weight of the item. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you simply change your mind about an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item is not a custom or made-to-order product

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at our Contact page with photos of the issue. In these circumstances, your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law, and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights exist regardless of our change-of-mind return window above, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur, and we do not warrant that all information on this website is complete, current, or error-free. For towing and weight-related products, it is your responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable and legally compliant for your specific vehicle, caravan, or trailer combination before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weighed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
