Delivery Information

At Weighed, most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse, while a select range of items are also available for local pickup. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Warehouse Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse the same business day or the next business day after your order is placed, depending on order cut-off times and stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with any available tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so you'll always know the exact delivery cost before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used (Australia Post or courier), and are generally between 2 and 10 business days from dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays or extreme weather.

Local Pickup

Selected products are available for local pickup. Please check that the item you're purchasing is marked as available for pickup, and confirm our pickup address, before completing your purchase. If you choose pickup at checkout, your order will generally be ready for collection the same business day or the next business day. We'll contact you to confirm once your order is ready, along with pickup location and hours.

Order Tracking

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you.
