Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to addresses across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, selected products are available for local pickup. Please check that the item you want is marked as available for pickup, and confirm our pickup address, before completing your purchase. If pickup is available for the items in your cart, you'll see it as an option at checkout. Pickup orders are generally ready the same business day or the next business day, and we'll contact you once it's ready to collect.

How quickly will my order be sent out?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse the same business day or the next business day after your order is placed, depending on order cut-off times and stock availability.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times generally range from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier used, though regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
